He is relentlessly focused on maximizing value creation by enabling transformational projects to deliver increased innovation and organizational efficiencies, driving profitable growth , pushing global expansion, building new capabilities and developing world class talent. Ben has more than 20 years of leadership experience. He was former President and COO at Spin Master, one of the top children’s toy, game and entertainment companies in the world. He also worked at Newell Brands holding various leadership positions, including global President of Rubbermaid and Black & Decker.
